T&C Ocean Management has selected and sending qualified seafarers for all kind of vessel to foreign companies in UAE, Singapore, China, Japan, Russia, Europe and United States of America.

All Seamen have Diplomas & Certificates, which are officially recoginized, in accordance with international requirements/IMO white list and safety standards (ISM, STCW 95, GMDSS, etc).
All officers and ratings are exceptionally competent in English. They speak and write English fluently, with relevant certification from Marine University/Navigational School. All crew-members/ratings understand English and have all received education in the English language. Furthermore, we arrange refresher courses in maritime English prior to departure.
The crew selection is conducted carefully, in accordance with owners' requirements and our own strict criteria of selection seafarers us are our great asset they are actually ex.Indonesian. That is our advantage. We know our seaman our biggest asset.
We manage to work with the Principal’s wage scales in order to succeed to meet the needs of the company.

Background Experience : Sea service experience almost 20 years on cruise line, CIC (Classic International Cruise), Carnival Cruise Line, Royal Caribbean, P&O Cruise Line, and Crystal Cruise Line. Corporate carrier start from 2018 at Tri Globe Coorp as Account Manager, TJS Marine Indonesia as General Manager, MCM Crewing Management as Head Director.
Background Experience : Sea service experience start from 2007 on Main Fleet like Tanker Product, Bunker Barge, Supply Vessel, and Cargo Vessel as a Master.
